B20bgsr head was running fine. I work from 930 pm to 830 am left work yesterday morning drove for about 10 seconds it bogged then shut off and wont start remember it was 30 degrees. Im getting fuel and spark 1 and 2 compression went from 0 to 25 and immediately back to 0 . Someone figure this out. I've heard head gasket but idk why it wont start. No antifreeze in the oil b20vtec in 2 weeks old just built.

If you aint got compression, Thats why it aint starting.
As far as WHY it lost compression.. hm.. RINGS, GASKET... That pretty much sums it up

Alright someone figure this out hahahahah timin was perfect. Spent 15 minutes getting it perfect. When I was running threw the steps you know spark, gas, air. Well had all that and assumed timing was on because I felt the belt and it was tight. Well towed it home and took vc off to find this

Valves are fine drove it to work. Timing was perfect when I put the motor together. I've never seen a car jump 5 teeth in timing. I didn't check it because valve cover was on when I got it home I check and this was it but when I was looking at it in the Parkin lot at work the timin belt was tight. Idk I drove to work today beat on it alittle bit and runs perfect. How do you know if your tensioner is bad? It was tight as well. I just redid timing and that's it. I figured I should have got a new tensioner but I had to drive to work.
your belt stretched for a split second.. thats all, too much maD tyte vTec

Tensioner might not have been tight or wasn't tensioned right when the belt was initially installed.
when you took the valve cover off did your cam rail bolts come off with it?
