LS starting problem

Hey i have a 91 CRX with a 91 LS swap, and the issue is im not getting any spark.. i went and bought a brand new dizzy and still nothing. I plugged a spark tester into one of the wires and i didnt see a blue spark. I dont think its the battery because its only about a month and a half old. any help or points in the correct direction would be appreciated

there are many things to check. the main ground on the harness, main relay etc

You need to know if the battery has juice or not first. Do the accessories work with the key turned?

yes the battery has juice and all that.. like when i turn the key it makes some wierd noise but i can see cam gears turning but the turn slow

um, do you have a CRX SI?

yea i have an Si, and i dont think the distributer could be the problem cuz i went through 2 of them then i just bought a brand new one a few weeks ago and it still does the same thing... and another thing i forgot to add is the intruments dont light up but the headlights and tail lights come on..
