Maybe in fact you aren't doing everything right. But you probably have a bad mastercylinder. or its way out of adjustment.

i have my friend in the car pushing the clutch down 10 times leave it down then i open the bleeder valve my friend lifts the pedal up then i tighten the bleeder valve. doing the same process for a good 10 minutes and nothing is happening.

l0l lift peddle back up than close the bleeder valve will just suck air right back into clutch line
close the bleeder valve than let go of peddle

just buy or rent a hand held vacuum pump.
but the way i do to is pump it several times, hold to the floor then release the valve (while having a small clear tube at the end of the bleeder valve leading into a half full container of brake fluid) then release the clutch allowing it to such up the fluid.
