Have you checked for any leaks? Go to Autozone or equivalent and get some dye that goes in the lines and check for leaks.

i wanna say your condensor is marginal. Mine temp was marginal at idle but as soon as i hit the highway it would get cooler. Also make sure you don't have any leaks to rule it out.

when i put on the freon, i saw no leaks anywhere. but the temperature stays at the same spot, doesn't go up and down.

You may not be able to visually see the leak. You will have to use a dye and a blacklight to see if there is a leak.

hook up a set of gauges and see what your pressures read. low side should be 35-40 and the high should be around 225-250.
if the low is really low and the high is really high, you have a blockage somewhere. (condenser, orifice tube)
if the low is high and the high is low then you probably have a bad compressor.
also try by-passing the low side pressure switch with a paper clip temporarily to see if your compressor stays on.
