How many times you hit vtec a week/ day or what not?

Just wonderin, i drive my b16 delsol everyday and i granny that hoe meaning i never pass 4500 rpms. I even forget i have vtec. So every other week ill pop vtec to see if its still there .. Im bored in class and my teacher didnt come to school today, lazy shit.

Actually I have smart ass(boosted 234hp, boosted quick 371hp, and some quick V8's), and I still like vtec, its just funny....

I know the engineering aspect is very impressive, but from a performance aspect such as in a stock GSR with an exhaust and intake, what's so special? I mean asking how many times you hit VTEC? LOL Why not every time you shift? lol It's not like a turbo and hitting boost wastes gas and causes wear.

How exactly is that not a hugely successful development? BTW, Honda uses variable cam phasing as well. Nobody else would have bothered using it unless a company stepped forward and proved that a variable valvetrain was a cost-effective way to provide both fuel economy and performance in a simple, easily implemented package. They didn't do it for noise or any bullshit like that. Go find another useless quote to put in your signature and leave the tech knowledge to the intelligent people.

Don't speak too proudly, I know a all motor honda that could bust that ass right now. Don't think that your car is unbeatable. Remember, you still have to spool. On top of that, Z32's aren't very light. But don't look at this as a call out, look at it as your car isn't the fastest car in the city, state, country or world.

Vtrc was cool 20 years ago. Today it is old technology and Honda/Acura are running some very old engines. Hyundai, Toyota, VW, Kia, Ford, GM, etc etc everyone has passed Vtech years ago.

Then they make not one V-8 or V-10 or turbo or S/C or anything a person can buy. Hell BMW offers TT V-8s and V-12s and the new Sonata will have a turbo 4.

Honda used to be an engine company. The NSX, ITR, S2000 etc used to do more with less. Today they build a bunch of ugly slow vehicles for old people and fanbois.
