My d5000 arrived yesterday and today I was just bored and took a couple pics, this camera is worlds better than my pns! Coming from only having used pns cameras, slr's are sooo much more complex but I think I am starting to get it...these were shot on aperture priority as I refuse to use automatic.:D

LOL reading it was the first thing I do. I read the manual with everything first, phones, cameras, etc...except cars. Nothing in those manuals I don't already know lol j/k.

I went out shooting today and had a blast!

nice pics, for the price its seems like the d5000 is the way to go for a great starter slr camera.
