Anyone have any reviews or thoughts?

I work out 5 days at week (cardio /weights ), watch my calorie intake now, and plan on staying this way for a long time.

Would this supplement be of any use? Any other recommendations?

dont use it. just drink coffee before your workout and a protein shake right after and keep a protein rich diet while watching carbs and you will drop body fat quick. I got to 5% bodyfat with no supps except protein powder before my bike wreck. After the wreck i started to use it and damn near had a heartattack.. There is a reason hydroxycut got yanked off shelves and the military prohibits anyone from taking diet pills cause multiple have died from it in basic and ait.

Well for me things are going good right now and the only changes ive done so far is low carbs/high protein diet, along with a gallon or two of water a day. That with my 1 hour of mixing cardio/weight lifting has made a drastic difference so far.

If I start plateauing I may look into something like this , but for now I may hold off.

I run 2 miles every other day (run/jog) and if I eat decently I drop weight pretty rapidly. I lost 7lbs last week alone.

Talk to Justin aka bad apple he takes a bunch of stuff (legal) he got big fast but he also works out 1-2 hours a day

my main problem with weights is I have never ever lifted. So I have no idea about technique or what I should lift etc. Kinda think I should hire a personal trainer for a month to figure it out. I'm always intimidated by the weight room so I just stick to the treadmill

There are a ton of routines and even videos on how to do each workout.

Sometimes having someone there to make you do one more rep makes all the difference in the world. Once you get everything down it shouldn't be a problem though. I dont know everything about this but I do know once you see the changes it makes you push yourself that much further.

Dont be intimidated man. You just gotta remember your in there for you and it doesnt matter if your doing half the weight other people are doing, your doing what YOU can. It only takes a bout a week to see where you stand as far as how much weight to start your set with.

Its more of a fat burner not a muscle builder.

Exactly, those guys started somewhere and were probably fat or skinny at some point in their life.

I wouldnt say im FAT, im 6' 216lbs right now. I have small arms, small legs, but its my mid section that is just pissing me off. I have prob 20lbs of extra fat from all my beer drinking days, fast food etc. Thats what im trying to lose.

Is running on a treadmill enough to do that? I have severely changed my diet in the last year or so. I almost never eat fast food anymore. I try to eat "turkey XXXXX" instead of red meat when i can. I dont drink sodas. I try to eat smaller portions. My problem i think is frequency. I tend to only eat twice a day and ive heard thats really bad if you are trying to lose weight. I also heard you are supposed to work out in the morning when you wake up before you eat anything.

I dont really know a whole lot as far as losing weight cause Ive never had too. I can eat anything and drink beer all the time and still stay the same 5'10 170. Until I start working out hard again then I gain weight fast. I know a lot of people who have lost a lot of weight by just exercising, drinking water and eating right.

Cardio, eating right and no soft drinks is the key. I am one of those that needs to lose fat and I know first hand you can work out 24/7/365 and eating shitty makes all that effort at the gym pointless.

thats was my problem before i started. i was at 207lbs and im 5'7 i was drinking water only. eating mostly chicken and veggie's. I got up every morning had a pre workout shake and went straight to my weight room. but i never did any cardio at all. light weight more reps, and then an ab workout. i also played around with p90x (that will kick your ass) and droped down to 160lbs in a 4 month period. Now my back is shot form work so i'm losing all muscle and getting fat again. Sucks
