ok since my paper thin brand new head gasket blew the other day i put a new one on today. i found out that my timing was a little off so i fixed it put everything back together and checked all my wires agian to try and fix the cel. Im still throughing IAT and MAP i belive it is because of my wire tuck and the wires run off such small voltage the elongated wires cause to much resistance. any ways before i did the gasket swap vtec did hit but it was like i said like hitting a red line now it doesnt hit but my car is 1,000xs faster. like i previously said on my other thread it breaks loose in first. HERES THE PROBLEM when i try and drive normal it falls on its face in first like its getting no gas i either try and drive normal and almost stall out and embarass myself or ride the clutch at like 2,000 and make myself look like i cant drive its a lose lose lol. also in like fifth cruisin if i get on it alittle like to pass someone or something it spudders? tomorrow when im off work im gonna turn the full pressure up. right now its at 40 which made the b20 run great. if turnin it up works im gonna order a walbro 255 do you agree or disagree?
thanks for the input!

seems like its not getting fuel when the car falls on its face. it could be the fuel pump or the tps correction.
have you check the voltage on the tps?

iat and map are both important sensors ...
they will make your sar run like shit ..... specially since you now have a factory computer trying to run a higher compression motor.....
its like you got a retard driving a blind race horse......

man your call is just all kind of messed up
this is why i hate wire tuck, something goes wrong, you cant find what you need.
If I'm not mistaken the MAP and IAT have the same type of connector...
You may have gotten them swapped.

checked it three times over and yes there the sam but they have diff lengths so map reaches map and tps reaches tps besides id threw a tps code y does everyone keep saying that lol. IGHT well i twisted the tps back and turned the fuel up runs really good oh and swapped form a p28 to a p72 but my vtec still wont hit because of those two sensors so i dont know what the fuck to do. when i just changed head gaskets i traced IAT and MAP i pulled the hole harness out of the car and traced the wire and checked the conection didnt have a issue. im either gonna swap to a stock harness if i have a extra obd1 and say fuck a tuck for now i wanna hear that vtec i didnt put all this money into my car for no vtak son!

replace the sensors with new ones, if not, it could be your wiring

i already swapped both sensors and triple checked my wiring once when i changed intake mani gasket once when pulling the motor for b20 vtec and once just now when i replaced blown head gasket! i think it is because the map runs off such low voltage that its not getting correct reading so it threw the code and the sam for the iat so i think some time next week im gonna put biger wires in place or use a stock harness
