The Assembly Public Safety committee narrowly approved a bill that would allow adult recreational use of the drug, and tax it and regulate it like alcohol.

yea man, im caught in the middle of this bullshit right now -

it is legal in NJ now, legislation passed it is now the 14th state with legislation in place....

its a national movement the same orgs are going national and introducing legalization laws.

unfortunately, even though california was the first one to do so, we have a new D.A who is a complete asshole in los angeles and wants to get rid of as many of us as they can.

I had all my papers and everything.. I was totally legit and they still busted me.

While Im sure I will be able to beat it out in court, the legal costs and everything associatted with this bullshit has really put a damper on my business and my ability to continue doing what I was doing..

they are fucking assholes..

Unless I am reading this wrong, you go caught dealing. Well, unless you got caught today or yesterday you can still be tried. The offense occurred BEFORE it was legal, therefore, it was still illegal.
