By adjusting the fov levels in the multiscreen setup (worked in FM2 aswell) you can move the cockpit view back to around GT5p view or even more!,
as you can see default is crappy as you cant see the side mirror and only a part of the rear view mirror, 62 degrees is pretty much perfect and 90 is way too far (you can see end of arms), also the intro to race cam is further back

How to do so under multiscreen setup:
multiscreen on
mode host
channel 0 will do
view center
degrees hidden 0 or just play around with it
degrees between screens 62 or whatever you want
