About 5 years ago I had an 87' Coupe Roller in my Garage. Got pissed off at it one day after trying to move it around on some dollies I made and I took a sawsall to it. Wish I still had that damn car. That was when I got out of Mustangs. Threw away alot of great stuff, new carpet, complete Grey Coupe AND Hatch interior. Body panels, spare doors, sunroof, 8.8 posi rearend, 10 holes. Shit tons of mustang stuff. Prob $1000 worth of stuff easy.

At least you joined! Get in, do your time, look for ways to advance yourself. Enjoy it while you are in as my four years enlisted were by far some of the best/fun four years of my life.

Just remember, do not trust your Recruiter, get everything in writing, basic is nothing but a head game with a physical side, and NEVER volunteer for anything. Oh and if you are asked if you like any type of sport in Basic, say no!

That's because Tommy will charge you $2K for "tuning" that you will need to redo later. Believe me, I have proof of it. And the price will be closer to $9K when he presents you the bill if you have the shop install it. Lots of little add-ons.

Just buy a Vortech kit and put it on yourself. It is not very hard.

One of my friend's bought a supercharged S197 with a MPH tune. It was a poor tune at best. Car never ran right on their SCT tune, and I verified that it was their tune. Nemesis saw that car in person on the dyno.

And thats the truth they are shitty. I bought a 19# sample tube and had it for a week and then switched to 24's and they wouldn't let me return the sample tube so I just had to buy one for the 24's.

dont get me wrong, they are pretty wicked with 2v's and alot of 4v's. keep them away from a 3v tho.

It wasn't coming apart, it was just breaking up on ignition. Poor tune. The other tune that he had worked ok, and made a lot more power, but wasn't a very good tune either IMO.

No, it isn't black. It was blue w/white stripes. He had just bought it,and has already sold it. Put one of the other tunes on it, and it ran fine with it.
