How we will leave. They way i would like for us to conduct this is from south to north. The people who are going and live the most southern need to start the pack and while they move up we add in people at certain points until we are all together and continue riding out.

Or.......

We all meet in one central place that is not full of traffic like a large parking lot or something of the sort.

hey i had an idea of how we could all meet up a bit easier. i saw that ya'll wanted to go around rounding up people but you also stated that some people might fall through the cracks by doing so. i was think since mostly everyone that has read this thread should have a computer i'm thinking everyone should be able to get some kind of directions to anywhere. so what i was thinking is that we set up a specific point,address, and time that is along the route that we will take to get there. have everyone meet there and roll out. also for people that depend a lot on gps or anything else of the sort i think we should set a final destination in case any of us get lost or left behind because i'm pretty sure we cant all stop for gas on the way all at ounce. that would be way to many stops since not everyone will be needing gas at the same time. i know people will probably like the idea of rounding people up to all meet and then all roll out but i feel this might be just a more efficient way of doing it. all though we could combine both ideas. srk420a since you have the list of the people that are going why don't we add our numbers and locations to that list. that way people can start talking to other people near there location and plan what time and where to meet within them selves and them meet up in specific location with the rest of the group will. this way all the people that will have to actually follow someone to get where we are going wont left behind if they can get in touch with someone in specific to follow to our destination. we are getting pretty close to the deadline so i think we should start getting really organized now before we get to close to the date. if you do decide give my idea a shoot my number is 4693285106 and im located in marietta. and if you would like you can text me to my number ,since i spend most of my time at work and not aloud to make calls on the clock, i and i will provide any help that i can. im really looking forward to this.

The first meet and greet will be Next Sunday May 9th at the Varsity and another one May 15th Saturday place is TBD. Well I might be canceling the Road Trip because almost nobody has replied to my pm's or checked in on the thread itself. I will send out one more pm and if I cant get a certain number of replies, then I will just reschedule it. Or maybe turn it into a cruise. I will make the final decision after the pm is sent out.
