if your gonna boost, go with an L/S, the b20 cylinder walls are super thin. I've personally seen them crack.. A LOT...

I have a b20b with an LS head on it in a EK all motor. And it pulls nicer than my b16 and my LS did. Also, my friend has a b20 w/ a LS head in an eg on boost and he's had that setup for a few months now with no problems. And that thing MOVES. just make sure you get a tune if you boost it. And the LS head makes a big difference as well.

a lot of people boost the b20, but if you're starting from scratch, you're better off with an L/s.

single cam.

x2, boost the single, its a lot cheaper and easy as hell to get to your power goals....

I had the opposite in my integra lol. B18a1 block, b20 head, most b20 internals, it PULLED.

your sense makes none....

How? He said he has a b20 with a LS head, I had a LS with a b20 head...

other then the pistons, the b20 and the LS bottom ends are the same. So you had b20 pistons in a ls bottom end...? lol

And the b20 head is worse than the LS head.

I had a B20 in a 96 hatch with boost with 0 problems. I don't know if the B20 head is worse than the Ls, I thought they were the same except some had Vtec size valves. By the way the B20 with the turbo setup is still going strong after 2 years or more.
