car: 92 civic b16 swap
When i get on the gas, sometimes it sputters or like hesitates after a high rpm shift. Sometimes after i shift n step on the gas the car doesnt even respond untill i let off the gas and press again. What could this be? i was thinking something with the dizzy, but i would like some expert advice  reps for help

hard to tell without looking at it myself.
But I would check this
plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel presure, coil (voltmeter test), is the dizzy tighten down not loose, etc best of luck

id go wit jonbunklahom on this and check those but im not sure if civics has these or not but id check your cam sensors to cause my old eclipse sounded similar to that prob and it turned out to be that.
