my dad said the people from the philippines are very good at mimicking singers and that's why he sounds just like steve perry. he once went to a bar in the philippines when he was in the air force and he said there was a cover band singing nothing but hank williams songs and he bought them a round of beer and they played that all night. sounded just like him too he said.
