Check the gasket, I think I had one a while back that the gasket was wrong and caused an internal vacuum leak.

the gasket between the body and intake right

Yep, i think there are a couple different cut-outs of the same gasket between each model car.

Check your engine on how it revs before you check a motor.

check for one of your vacuum lines being unplugged... common mistake

put your hand over the throttle body covering it. If it idles down to normal then you have a vacuum leak.

If the engine shuts off, you have NO vacuum leaks.

Usually when you replace a TB, its a vacuum leak, you either ripped the TB to manifold gasket, put it on wrong, or forgot to hook up a vacuum line

Like everyone stated, I'm pretty sure you tore your TB gasket or isn't instaleld correctly.

I would bet along the lines of an extreme vac leak, stuck tb or cable.

Try adjusting the idle screw in or out some. If not then do what Mike said and put you hand over the TB to see if motor shuts off. If it does then you have a bad IAC, if not then vac leak.
