So tonight I went to get some air at QT and the machine was broken. So I ride up to the Shell to get air but it isn't free. So my girlfriend is coming that way home and was going to stop and give me some quarters since I only had my debit card on me. These two black guys were over by the air tank with an Autozone dub on their car and a flat tire asking people if they know how to change it. I walked up and offered to help and after changing out their tire in like 5 minutes they give me $40 and one of them said he works at CiCi's if I want a free meal. LOL So yeah, that was cool because I was just trying to be nice.

karma works wonders too....

I have stopped several times to help out a few unfortunate individuals....and NEVER have i had a situation where my car broke down that there wasnt someone there miraculously to help me.

Even once. My MR2 fuel pump shits the bed on me at a stop light on 92, i'm in the center lane. I get out and start pushing (uphill mind you)....horns are blazing behind me (did i mention its lovely morning traffic time yay!).....out of no where jumps out this huge motherfucker from his old hardbody nissan pickup. Throws his hands on the little POS i called an MR2 and helped me push it up one bitch of a hill into an arby's parking lot....THEN the kicker, he asks "you need to be somewhere?"....and ends up driving me to work (17 miles away).....he would not accept money from me as payment, even when offered. Only that if the time comes, i do the same thing for someone else.....he was only repaying the favor someone else had paid him. It was a fucking cool morning to say the least

I'm always kind to strangers.

I grew up in Europe so you dont judge a book by it's cover.

Karma has a good way of getting back at you. Ask my ex wife about karma.

They were two black gay dudes who said they've had the same rims and tires on the car since 98! The tires was slicker than a Mickey Thompson. LOL I've had people come through for me in a tough situation, but luckily haven't had to face something like be stranded. Trev and Tom are two people who have been there for me a lot. :goodjob:

I used to do stuff like this in MS, but since I moved here, I'm a little more wary. Especially since I saw a dude that was shot at Checkers in Riverdale last night, at least that what the situation seemed to be.
It's really cool that you helped out some people though, next time I'm on my side of town and someone needs help, I'll definitely stop to lend a hand.
