need help with distributor!!!

i have a 97 civic which i have a d15b in it. i have the obd2 dist. which came with the d16y8 but doesnt fit. what dist. do i need so that it will fit? and does anyone have one..

first of all u have a obd2 car and a obd 1 motor. first mistake. u need a obd1 dizzy and a conversion harness to convert your car to obd 1 or sell the d15b and buy a d16y8

well it already in the car were can i find the coversion harness

just repin the y8 distributor, or use the guts out of it...

ok so take all the stuff out of mine d16y8 dist. and swap it into a ob1 dist housing?
