This is right up my alley man. I started out at 160. 3 months later i hit 178 with no additional fat. I'm now at 185. It was so hard for me to gain wieght. I could eat what ever i wanted when ever i wanted. Then i did some research and its been working ever since. I have a set schedual for eatting now. I eat about every 3 1/2 hours. I only eat healthy foods and I drink a lot of water. Every now and then i'll splurge and eat fast food or something. I go through about 1 gallon a day if not more. I don't drink any caffine. My usual meal is 2 chicken breast, rice, & green beans. I eat that same meal about 5-6 times a day. Its rough and not fun but the pay offs are great! You gotta go to the gym though for any of this to pay off. If you just eat and don't work out your going to get fat. Good luck.

Eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich every night before you go to bed. I had to do it during off season football it works.

yah im a skinny ass mother fucker too, and i have a problem with gaining anything. ive tried working out but then it all comes to i think im lazy? which usually would cause people to get fat, but i guess not. and i do need to get ona eating schedule. right now i only eat when i notice im hungry, or when im at work i gank some pizza. i need fat and muscle weight. i think ive gained about 5 pounds of fat from working at pizza hut. maybe someday ill force myself to work out on a daily basis.

Wieght gainer really isn't there to gain wieght. Its usefull when you have hit a platue in your work out. For example: say your eatting 8 times a day and working out. you finally realize your body is starting to grow. Well, 3 months later you stop growing but you haven't changed anything. Then you start taking a wieght gainer to get in the extra calories on top of your 8 meals a day. Its more of a helpfull tool. You have to be devoted to working out/diet in order to see any difference. I'm willing to bet $100 that if you ate @ least 7 times a day (not just junk food, but really make yourself eat) and work out on a schedual that you'll have a noticable body change in 3-4 months time period.
