View Full Version : How to write a solid resume?

Ok so I have someone trying to line me up with a entry level position over at Parsons engineering and I do not want to mess anything up.
I need to put together literally the best resume I have ever done before to ensure I at least get an interview.
I know my current resume sucks, I have been told multiple times, but the only experience I have is with the old high school crap, and to say the least that will not cut it anymore.
Pointers, examples, sites, anything will be greatly appreciated. I really do not know what a SOLID resume consists of, and I know there are a few senior members on here that can help me out.
THANKS in advance.

you can hit me up via PM if needed. My grandmother is the Head of Human Resources for SKF and she helped me put mine together since I was 15. She hires and fires many people on a daily basis (very picky and professional). And needless to say, I have since received EVERY job position that I applied for. And I am the 2009 Team Manager for a Formula BMW team. And only 23 years of age. ehehehe Grandma raised me right!!!
