Buddy just got done swapping his SR20 into his s13. He sent the harness to a professional for re-wiring. The car will roll over but not crank.
He thinks its not getting fuel..?
He says he can hear the fuel pump whine/click when key turned
Spark plugs dont smell like gas and look good still.(ngk)
any helpful advice to point in the right direction to check out?
Thanks

Is the car getting fuel? Just because you can hear the pump doesn't mean the engines getting fuel.

if you can get your hands on a fuel pressure gauge, use it. it may not be getting spark at the distributor. that was a problem i had when i did my swap.

He swapped the lines and still nothing.
if you not getting spark you may be missing the igniter box

He has the ignitor box hooked up..the person that did the harness conversion also sent another type chip with it;but it dosnt match any plugs on the harness..
