throttle body and intake mani question

well i'm going N/A, but i'm buying a skunk2 intake mani, and i'm getting the throttle body for it, but i wanted to know how big it should be. i'm running a dohc zc, with H/I/E. but would 70mm be to big for N/A non-tune?

I would think a throttle body that is too big would hurt your throttle response.
