I have several 55 gallon drums that I need to get rid of. They had trans fluid originally but they are empty now. I have 3 of them in the garage here at the house and a couple still at work. I have to drop a couple off at Bugmans Compound on the way home but after that I will be heading home and can drop it off. You want me to just toss it through the front window or put it in the backseat of the Pontiac?

I now have about 4 steel drums and 2 plastic drums that are all 55 gallons each. Anybody need one or all of them let me know....:cheers:

ps: if I put acid in these do you think it would eat thru the sidewalls? thanks. :ninja:

Nothing sketchy about it. Our fluid and chemical drivers sell them all day long for about $30-50 each. I was just putting it up here to see if anyone had a use for one.


Depending on what type of acid your refering to would depend on its reaction to the metal. They use a particular kind of acid to wash them out when changing from one kind of fluid (ie. trans fluid to differential fluid) to another but I have no clue as what kind of acid it is. If you need some let me know how many... :cheers:
