Not necessarily.

Any other offenses or your first?
If you go to court your more likely to keep.
For the best odds, get a layer but it really depends on your past.

if you didn't lie on your user profile your under 21, that way your big issue will be points.

well if youre under 21, and you were 31 over, you will lose your license. sorry bro, maybe with a lawyer you can keep it, but i wouldnt bet on it.

i was goin down 85 and my friend was like "oh shyt dude its a cop" so i slowed down and he got behind me and paced me for a while and pulled me over right before the beaver ruin exit. i didnt have any offenses or anything and he was a cool guy and gave me options. "i can eaither give you a ticket, or i can yell at you" so i was like yo dude yell at me all you want. and he just told me to stop driving like a douche bag.

it all depends on the county. my friend got a ticket for 29 over and he lost his license and didnt know it until he got pulled over again for his tail light being out. luckily i was with him and could drive us home.

i looked in the driving book. if your under 21 and you get a 4 point violation (31 over is 4 points), license is gone. there is a chance for a limited driving permit (school and work).

the county is houston county btw.

i got clocked 99 in a 50 at age 19 and didn't lose my license. However, I worked the system and didn't sit before a judge until I was 21. I also took care of a lot of the stuff they were going to ask me to do anyway prior to sitting before the judge.

Turning point in my life...

yeah definitely a wake up call. then again i was dumb enough to still speed after getting away with warnings twice in the last month. and the second warning was around 50 over in a school zone..

best thing to do would be to talk tot the county solicitor and see about pleading no lo. You may have to take a defensive driving course but you might be able to keep your license

i just really cant afford to lose my license right now. none of my friends have theirs anymore and my parents sure as hell arent gonna take me to work..

im going to look up the fine when it goes into the system. if i pay it off before the court date could it help me keep my license? court date is november 12th.

the county is houston county btw.not being an ass hole but the book is wrong.... you only get a driving permit if you are 21 or over when you loose them.. trust me i lost mine right before i turned 21 and still cant get a work permit... **** blows. it goes any major offense resulting in 4 points on your license is an automatic suspension, atleast 6 months for the first time. take my advice... go buy a god lawyer. get the speed reduced, maybe a DD class, a fine, and some community service... listen to me cause i would know about this, i mean i am on my third suspension....lol:(
