The funny thing is the meets have gotten TONS better, IMO since we got police presence. Every meet will have their share of knuckleheads, especially considering the avg person at the varsity meet is maybe 16-25 years old.

You want a mature, classy meet, bring the Lexus to a SELOC meet :D or buy an AMG and join the AMG club.

I have to say...I use to go to the SELOC meets back in the day......they were nice!! Even though I am stuck in a honda at the moment....thats more my style....will make it there one day with something nicer!! Too bad I dont have my X's vette to bizitch out anymore! hah

You are always welcome, we never discriminated against anyone and their car, we welcome anyone who can mingle and have a good time and act with maturity and grace at the meet.

We act immature when we party :D

We are going to spin-off a new club b/c we have many members that hang or no longer own a Lexus and we want to have a club involving different brands with the same spirit as SELOC.

More to come by the end of 08 :)

Yeah The V has seemed to get better over time.
I like it more but still wish it wasnt so "ricey"

Being in the bmw clubs are a lot of fun as well. :]

I go to the V for plain fun during the work/school week. So there really isnt to much to complain about.

i was only there for about an hour and a half, i dont really know alot of people personally tho. saw a few people that i had known from over the years. but that was about it. had to dip out early tho cuz i had some plans

The V is definitely better with the cops there but it's still just too much rice for my taste. People are behaving a little better but it's just not my thing. Back when idiots used to do all the burnouts was just ridiculous. I wouldn't go down there at all for a while when it got really bad, but with the cops there at least it can be tolerable for a short visit.


I just wish people would act more respectful at all meets. People throw trash all over the ground and then wonder why meets get run off from so many locations. But that's a whole other issue...

I saved 3 people from being booted!! They were in the verrryyy bottom lot though. Told them not to park there! WAtched someones Impala get towed off though! haha Sucks for them!

Last night was okay.....nothing THAT special...I think last month was better. Probably wont be making the drive back down for a while...if not til next summer!

I couldn't find any parking so I decided to park there (all the way down coming in from the front). That lot was empty but the second I put my car there, 10 cars pulled up haha. Sunny told me that I have to move the car by 9PM but when I got there, my car was boxed in by a white 300 ZX. Dont freakin box other cars in - wtf!

I was able to inch back n forth to get it out - and then parked it out front.

Talk to F car owners - many are nice, but some are just ... WOW. It makes you SAAB owners seem downright friendly haha.
