Yeah man, I looked pretty heavily at a 9-3. I just remember the glory days (err....weeks :doh: ) of my car being in the shop, with the Saab guys having no idea about the GM models, and the regular shop guys having to call me to figure out how to get the key out and/or find the ignition.

Its been quite disheartening to see GM ruin the SAAB brand. :(

Usually, it starts around 7. Get there by 8 or 9 and you'll struggle to find a space.

Are you talking about sudden loss of power gain when accelerating? Almost like a small downshift at times? If so I replaced my ignition coil, ignition wires, spark plugs and put a cone filter on and it seemed to remedy a lot of that problem for me even though it still occurs sometimes when it gets real hot outside. All of the replacements were BavAuto performance crap except for the filter. Fun times.

had a good time there. Apparently some idiot did a burnout and cops were tryna storm the place. Tow truck was in there in 30 seconds. Guy got away though..One cop was walkin by like "oh yeah he's definitely losin his car!"

But im sick of all the white trash, ricers, etc. that come to the varsity and act a fool, sit and there car and BLARE their music, rev up every 10 sec and do burnouts. I wish we could have a damn car meet with all classy people who just like to chill and look at each others cars and talk and ****. I know they had an alternate meet before but I think we need to do that **** again. After 30 min of being at the varsity im wanting to go lately. Maybe im just being overdramatic? haha

There are plenty of people who agree with you. It's nice to see people you know but there is so much trash out there.

From morons blasting music to revving up and that damn Escalade honking it's horn while riding around the lot... yeah... my car has a horn too, yours does not impress me in ANY way.

And the trash... some people should not leave their houses... ever. DON"T LEAN ON PEOPLE'S CARS YOU DUMB TRASH! Lean on your friend's car if it's okay with them but why anyone would ever think it's okay to lean on, reach in, touch all over, etc. a car belonging to someone they don't even know is beyond me.

No sense in complaining though. It's a public spot and the bigger it gets, the worse it gets. You just have to decide if you want to put up with it or not. Go to some of the smaller meets that are posted on here, they are much nicer. I've been to a few in the past couple of months that really weren't bad at all.

that happened to me last night..... i don't under stand it. i had three guys leaning on my car and they didn't move even when i got in my car. they moved once i started it though lolol

The funny thing is the meets have gotten TONS better, IMO since we got police presence. Every meet will have their share of knuckleheads, especially considering the avg person at the varsity meet is maybe 16-25 years old.

You want a mature, classy meet, bring the Lexus to a SELOC meet :D or buy an AMG and join the AMG club.
