August 7th 2008 which is this Thursday night at the Winder, Ga. Dairy Queen.

For anyone that comes between the hours of 7pm and 8pm the wife and myself will buy you a Medium Blizzard of your choice. I have spoken to the manager and we are all set. There is a restaurant next door that is closed with plenty of parking and also their office next door with additional parking.
I will be contacting the Winder P.D. tomorrow and anticipate no problems with this since it is for the children and we have been Barrow County Partners in Education for many years.
I know this is short notice but 100% of every Blizzard purchased will go to the Children. Yes I said 100% of the proceeds so bring anyone you can for a Blizzard on us.

Yeah I realized it when I saw the commercial. Maybe the people that can't make it to the V will show up and help us out with this.

I'll see if my dad wants to come out for a cause... and he also has some questions about his trans am that I can't answer... carbeurator stuff that is WAY beyond my knowledge.

And it might not be your store, but I looked it up and on my way down to the V will try and stop by a participating store to help out! =) Love me some blizzards! And love helping the lil ones!

Yeah you can go by any participating DQ and grab a Blizzard and it will have the same result. :goodjob:

Ah it looks like it will all be east of us and towards Atlanta by 7pm so we are in the clear.

Sorry I didn't make it guys, my wife dropped a ton of errands for me to run. Came by about 9 just to see if anyone was still there, but alas. Looked like everyone split.

Did anyone notice the three women sitting inside in the middle of all the kid's? Just FYI but that was the Commissioner of Barrow County, The head of Human Resources for Barrow County and "THE" Lady that keeps the schools running in order.
That was kinda cool. We have been partners in education for many years in that County and they heard about the Blizzard drive that we were doing and took the time to come by and join us. Too Cool!

Hey Bugman! Thanks, again for the blizzards, and a big heart. It was awesome to hear some of those drag racing stories....(Pick a color and I'll be back! and spoolin' up the diesel pusher RV! Lol.) Hope to see y'all around. If y'all get a chance, come to Ft. Yargo Saturday for the Old Skool Jap. car meet. We'll have some burgers and dogs on the grill for ya!

We have to wait another year to do this again but we do this type of stuff weekly. If people are serious about doing stuff like this I will post up more often.
I only this event is because it is a once a year thing and I was wanting to make a difference while having a little fun.
