I used to work out pretty heavily in my late teens. Eventually I started taking Creatien to give me the edge I was looking for. The results were pretty supprising to say the least.
It has been several years since I've taken it or even seen it on the market. Do they still sell it? Does anyone here use it or have used it in the past? What do you all think about it?

Creatine isn't what a lot of people think. It just adds bulk to your look. Its more of water wieght than anything. It doesn't give you "pump" at the gym or anything. I take Creatine and i've been taking it since about Feb. I was having putting on some mass and Creatine did give me a 2 pound gain and after that i started seeing results from my diet and gym work.

^ It wasnt the extra rep or more weight faster that I was looking for, it was just to bring myself out of the muscle building plateau that I had hit. Most of that muscle that I had turned to fat very quickly after slowing down at the gym. Since then I have been running 4 days a week and playing sports 2 days per week. When I get back in the US I plan to get back in the gym asap and Creatine.
I used to use some pretty inexpesive stuff from my brothers gym (Cosmos)
Whats are you using swift? Brand, Price?

Tsk tsk. Muscle does not turn into fat. Let's not misinform people. Atrophy has just set in since you stopped working out. :)

I've taken Creatine before, and well... I can't see the bulk, since I'm a big guy anyways, but I will definatly vouch for it's "recovery" benefits... You can lift more reps in a shorter amount of time with it, where I would normally do 3 reps of 15, I can do 3 reps of 20+.. Plus it seems to have helped with the recovery as in, next time you aren't gonna be sore and can lift more. And ya, they still sell it.

Since i'm in Korea i only have GNC on Base. I could order suppliments but i hate waiting. So whatever i get its from GNC. I use thier "GNC Creatine Burst." I chose it because of the added carbs. Its essential to get carbs in your system right after a work out. So this Creatine kinda helps with that also.

Creatine just helps your body repair torn muscle faster. I wouldn't take it. No one has done any long term study on it's side effects. I try not to take anything except vitamins.

I have been taking Nitro Tech for awhile now and I love the gains. I take in a good 35 grams of protein with it and it has all the amino acids I need. I believe their are better products as far as protein powder that have more amino acids, but if I were you I would just stick to something like Nitro tech or somethin along those lines.
