Happened awhile ago....but, a 12 year old kid strangled a 8 year old.....And by law he can only be in juvenille for 2 years for a murder. Thats just fucked up.

yes it is fucked up.. if he is adult enough to know how to kill someone then he needs to serve the time

Umm actually i thought by law they can be in juve till they arent a Juvenile. Like they jus said today the kids who shot up the school where they pulled the fire alarm and sat outside waiting, liek 10 years ago. Well the older one turned 21 today and got out.. he woulda gotten out at 18..but certain laws bout gun owners ship kept him in there bc of all the court battles

Yeah, and he has never shown remorse for what he did (hes 14 now) and his parents have never apologized. Fucking ass holes.

IDK, on the news thats what they said. And now that family is fighting for harsher juvenlie punishment.

The school shooting family? If so, ya its liek they already changed the law a lil..seems like if your close to 15 you can go to prison after bein in juve and not get out.

that's aweful!! so sad. I think I remember that story. may the little bastard rot in jail! then hell!! I remember this 6th grader that was at my old school, hung himself. Now that's some sad stuff right there. so many kids involved in such bad crimes now a days! it'll only get worse...:(
