Hello everyone this is my very first post. I know this question has been asked before but I would like to know what exhaust header did you guys use on your JDM OBD0 B16a swap?

My car is a 1989 Honda Civic Hatch.
Lowerd 2" all around with camber kits front and rear.
Current header is DC Sports with DC sports catback exhaust.

Im a little worried about ground clearance on the header down pipe.

Once I finish the paint and swap on the car I will post pictures with a full spec list. Also plan to post time slips for Road Course and Drag. Turbo to come soon after install but want to see how it runs N/A first.

Thanks for reading! Holla Back!

the clearance would prob be as low as mines, my ef is droped 2 in on the front and my b16 downpipe sits about 3 in off the ground....scrapes....im looking to getting coilovers to raise it up. unless u get lowering springs like 1.5 in drop

what type of headers you have...like 4-1 or 4-2-1...because 4-1 is going to scrape more than the other..cuz it sits lower

I was looking at a DC Sports 4-1 header 1996 Del Sol... do you guys think this will work or would I have to get it cut and welded to make it clear the ground and connect to my cat?

You also should be running the two o2 sensors on a b16a. If you are doing it that way you will have to get 2 o2 bungs welded in the delsol header, Or you could wire them together at the ecu and run the obd1 design.

I am running the Itr 4-1 on my crx that is slammed, but I have the shield on the bottom.

Thanks everyone for the info. I will check out the EF page. I plan to have the ecu chipped and prepaired for Vtech. I will ask them about the O2 senor also.
