I bought this chair last Christmas for my daughter. She never used it more than on Christmas morning. It has sat in her room for the last year. Still has the tags on it. It is a "Giggle & Shake Elmo Chair". It is for 18months and up. Requires 2 "C" batteries (these are fine, so you don't need to buy any). As soon as the child sits in the seat or wiggles, the chair shakes and giggles.
