Car idles at first but after being reved up or put into gear and starting to drive when it returns to idle or trys to it will shut off and die totally. I tried pushin the gas pedal but it acted like the car was turned off, no response. But when restarted it idles fine. also when it idles it fumes fuel like crazy. My only guess so far is that it would need a fuel pressure reg. cause when it shuts off its like its flooding it. other than that aac valve does work and tried changing timing and it didnt affect it in any way. anyone else got any suggestions? besides gettin rid of it or anything stupid like that.

It sounds like what my ka-t did to me. I never got around to figure it out. I put on a new IACV but it still did it. What are u tuning with? check your fuel map at idle, check for boost leak...are u running stock maf? what all do you have as upgrade?

check your static fuel pressure....check for leaks...i.e. intercooler piping, vaccums, anything vaccum related....makes sure you have good grounds.....make sure you timing is right....
