I made some bad mistakes passed few weeks and it finally bit me in the ass. Friday while at work I had bought some klonopins. By 2:00 p.m. I don't remember ****. I apparently went and bought alot of xanaxs and somehow got some pot and did a line of coke. Around 6:30 the police gots calls about me driving on the sidewalk and on the wrong side of the road. Once they found me I was passed out at a red light. The light was green and I was holdin up traffic for a few minutes. The police officer woke me up. I ended up gettin charged with a DUI/Drugs/less safe, obstruction of streets and sidewalks, and posssession on marijuana(about 2 blunts worth). I stayed in jail for around 6 hours. The cop found 17 xanaxs but didn't charge me with them since I have a clean record. I know I need to get a lawyer soon. But I was wanderin if anything else shows up on my drug test if I will get charged with it or with what i was just charged with at first.

I remember gettin out and puttin my hands behind my back knowin i was goin to jail and once I came back to I was at a freinds house ****in some girl askin her if I got arrested and then she showed me my papers.

First ticket: DUI/Drugs/less safe
Subject stopped at red light on Hwy 114 at GA.1 and did not move when light turned green. Subject found unconscious in drivers seat with vehicle running and in drive. Officer conducted field sobriety. Subject placed under arrest and read GA. Implied Consent. Subject under 21 years of age.

Second ticket: Obstructing streets and sidewalks
Subjects vehicle stopped at red light Hwy 114 @ GA.1. Light turned green, subject did not move. Subject passed out at wheel stopping traffic for several minutes.

Third ticket: Possession of drugs
Subject passed out in a vehicle at the red light on HWY 114 at GA.1. Subject found to be in possession of a green leafy substance believed to be suspected marijuana.



What am I to expect when I go to court or go talk to a lawyer? I ONLY WANT SERIOUS ADVICE ONLY!! I know what I did was stupid and I know it will change me now.

Man homie. I don't even know what to tell you. Get a lawyer, tell the truth and stay clean. If you tell the judge you clean and pass a drug test, there may be hope for you

When I read THIS (http://www.importatlanta.com/forums/showthread.php?t=130579) post a few months ago I knew you wouldn't quit. I was going to post something in that thread, but I wanted to see how far you would get. I deal with the same addicts weekly. Unfortunately, you won't quit, even after your latest incident. Where is that bottom of the barrel people always talk about?

I could refer you to a great lawyer, but I won't.
I could refer you to a decent rehab program, but I won't.

I truly feel bad for your family.

Your current crisis:

I can only speculate, but I think you'll get a fine, probation, and perhaps a misdemeanor drug charge. I would have charged you with intent to distribute the Xanax, but that's just me. It all depends on how they want to prosecute you. You have a very long road ahead.

EDIT: I forgot to give you my serious advice.
If you plan to continue this lifestyle, which you undoubtedly will, stay away from your family and close friends.

after reading that previous thread about you bro your not gonna stop and your lucky you didnt kill someone. Bro seriously get some help even now your trying to figure out a way to get out of the **** that you did! Instead of being a man and standing up to your mistakes. YOU know you have a problem cause your on a damn car website asking for help. Just look at that in itself your telling ppl you dont know about your drug problems and asking for help. Stop being a scared and ask your parents who seem as if they care about you to get you some serious help for your drug problem. Own up to what you got stopped for all of it. and get clean stay clean and move on with your life cause at this rate your gonna kill yourself or worse some innocent person who hasnt made the mistakes that you have continued to do.

ADVICE:

1. get a lawyer and see what he can do for you.
2. ask the lawyer what kind of punishment you will get and if there is anything outside of the courts that you can do.. (i.e. defensive driving class for a speeding ticket)
3. STOP DOING DRUGS

Found out today that the judge has a program to where i can take classes and keep my license but I will still get probation. I am done with everything. I am goin to go back school and start all over again. Hopefully get out of this county within the next 2 years. To many drugs around here. I want to move around marietta or kennesaw since I am goin to go to school for auto body and paint and goin to learn to air brush and would be able to get a better job down there than up here.

me too. I know it will be hard but I am pretty sure I can do it. I started running again tonight. Goin to get back into shape and I can't do that if I am takin drugs and drinkin all the time.

check yourself into a clinic,or move. im sure you have a circle of friends who do the same things as you pills and drugs and so on.so when you try to quit they are still doing it.i think your an addict and you need professional help. stop hangin out with idiots and doing stupid things.you need to admit to yourself you have a problem and do something about it.i also think your right to drive should be revoked and i hate to sound harsh,wait no i dont. but i hope they nail you with every possible charge they can, that could be the motivation you need to clean yourself up.you did the crime be a man and do the time. good luck

Attend meetings miles away from home if you want. You're going to need a support system.

Marietta/ kennesaw full of drugs also so far ive had 3 friends banned from any georgia college from coke use ::went to ksu:: and a guy i work with fired for acid/pot. Not hard to find drugs around here.
