My coworker has a 1999 Isuzu Rodeo, his check engine light popped up right before he has to get his 2007 tag. Does anyone know if this car is OBD1 or OBD2? Thanks in advance.

its obd2, all cars in the US that are 1996+ are obd2 by federal mandate
