A girl I went to school with and live less than 1/2 mile from had a sister my sisters age (8), same grade and everything at school. They suck. It took 4 days to get them to my house. Then it took them 2 trips to fix my internet. Also they took so long to fix my cable I droped them and have had satalight since then.

the best part is I'm a repair tech for a cable companey and the guy tried to tell me something in my house was caulsing the problem. I LOL in his face and told him to hook up a tv to the wire from the road and tell me what he saw. I even offered to take my cable van to the side of my house and let him use my power inverter and test tv. After he saw the snow coming from the road he said he would have a line repair tech to come out and fix the road. No one showed up and I then put in 13 more calls and it was never fixed.

I've never had any problems with the internet for almost 4 years then it just stoped working.
