didnt get a chance to meet any of you all at the v tonight, but i went and saw a few nice civics. my hatch didnt make it, but i rolled up there w/ a few friends. i spent two whole days dropping a motor and trans in my hatch just to go to this meet and went to leave tonight and none of my taillights worked....maybe i will see some of you the 16th at summit, the hatch will definately be there.

okay...here is my dilemma guys...what do I do?

I got my header & downpipe installed (with the thnx of Jose & Elmer...*smooches*)

However, now my muffler is too loud @ high revs. It makes a cracklin type sound. How do I get that quiet? My setup goes..from my engine...header, then downpipe (i guess thats what it is), then my exhaust system, then my muffler. So I guess its like almost I have a straight back exhaust...(elmer & jose can explain it better). I also had my resonator removed a few years ago.

replace the test pipe with a cat and have a resonator put back on. The header make all the raspy noise and the cat and resonator will make the raspy noise quiet or maybe make it go away.

The sound should dye down some but not to much cuz you have to break in yur new parts..But the test pipe could not no go on cuz there was no place to put it lol thats wat happens when u go custom..You can make it quiter by buying a silencer from cbay lol..But if you want to try for a complete muffler then i say hit up mad mike for that one..
