Someone over on Passatworld set this up and we need a few more people to get more of a discount. This if for the ECS Window roll up/down module. It requires no wires like the Alientech controller does. Just plug into your OBDII port and program and go. It flashes the CCM. This allows you to open and close your windows and sunroof with your remote like many new cars have.


For years Audi owners have had the luxury of being able to control window up and down functions via keyfob remote. Now Volkswagen owners can enjoy the same feature! The KVW100 is a single use flash load device that will program your VW convenience control module with the necessary coding to control your windows via key fob remote. Installation is extremely easy and can be completed in minutes. Please note this is not a feature that can be enabled via VAG-COM this unit flashes the convenience control module with new coding.Modules 1C0 or 6Q0
Modules 1C0 or 6Q0
One touch lock button :: Windows and sunroof roll up and close automatically
Lock and trunk buttons :: (lock+trunk) :: Windows and sunroof maintain original position
Hold remote unlock button :: Windows will roll down until unlock button is released
Modules 1J0
Press and hold lock :: Windows and sunroof roll up and close until button released
Press and hold unlock :: Windows roll down until button is released

if it is a flash loaded system why not just buddy up and buy 1-2 and trade it around ;)

lol then everyone pays like 2-3$ + s/h to the next person in line.

um.. why would you pay for that?
I got someone with a VAG com to flash my car to give me the windows up/down with keyless. I also TURNED OFF MY SEATBELT CHIME. Stupid nagging chime drove me crazy when I took appart my glove box to install my DICE iPod adapter.
You can also change how your lights behave if you want.
Oh, and you can make 1 unlock click open all 4 doors. No more double unlock.

I just met up with some audiworld ppls and like 3 of them had VAG com's.

You have an Audi...these are for VWs. If you read the item description it clearly states Audis already have this feature. VWs cannot be changed with a Vagcom, it needs to either be something like the Alientech controller which requires wiring, or this which flashes the CCM. Unfortunately for us, Audis have a lot more accessible options then we do.

ah, didn't know that.. that sucks. I woulda though that all VAG cars could be VAG com'ed.. But I'll admit, I don't know jack about VW's.

I must have seen this thread 10x, and never checked it out. I noticed the one on vortex and rushed over to ecs to place my order. Ordered it yesterday. Can't wait to get it! I'll let you all know if its rox.

Ok my little flash mode guy came today, after being held up by UPS cause the government wanted to search the pkg. :screwy:

Anyway. I love it. Its so handy!
