Do you know if the head is from the manual or auto version of the f20b.

I bought the head from AllMotorX. He told it was from the manual.

The f20b head is a straight bolt on and flows better than the H. It's the same head on the h22 type s.

This is not true. The F20B head has a different combustion chamber with a diameter of 85mm to match the 85mm bore of the F20B block. Furthermore, due to the smaller diameter the F20B head has slightly smaller valves. The manual version of the F20B came with the same cams and valve springs as the h22 type s while the auto version has regular JDM H22 cams and valve springs.
