Ecu is still useable just reprogram either the key or the ecu then it will work. That what I did to my 2001 gsr, just replace a ecu for my car due to a bad ecu I had in my car.

the seats are black and r in great condition i tryed putin pics but i kouldnt but u wont b dissapointed in them

ecu does work i was using it on my hatch but i sold the hatch and kept the swap n ecu n other misc parts..
