Alright, lets try this again without an engine for sale thats lacking the last two numbers in the block code.
Turbonetics turbo that needs a rebuild. Im unsure of the AR's, but I did take some approximate measurements of the compressor and turbine wheels which are as follows:
Compressor- Inducer: 48mm Exducer: 60mm
Turbine- Inducer: 58mm Exducer: 48mm

SS b-series turbo manifold. Needs to be re-welded at the base of the flange which the turbo mounts up to.
