FS Super Nice B20/VTEC Long block, No Manifolds AND CRX Avid Shifter Linkage

I have up a b20/VTEC Long block. here is a quick run down of the swap
EDIT I WILL TAKE 900 CASH BY THE WEEKEND, I NEED THIS GONE TO GO GET MY K
Head:
GSR P-72 head
AeroSpeed Cam Gears (theses are super nice, and rare)
GSR P72 Cams
Golden Eagle LS/Vtec kit, (Oil line, block T, and Headstuds)
NO Dist
NO Intake Manifold
NO Throttle body
all attacted sensors are included


Block:
B20 Bottom End
ARP Rod bolts
New oil pump (<30K Miles)
New water pump(<30K miles)
New timing belt and tenstion (<30K Miles)
OBD1 OEM Alt w/Belt
Bad: B20 was grinded off and wrote in B16 to be funny. I didnt do this, or like it, but the VIN number of the block is posted clearly, that it came out of a CR-V

History:
Friend of mine built this motor for his hatch, i picked it up for my CRX but sold it, due to wrecking my hatch, and dont want this motor for it.
Everything way put together about a year and a half ago, everything has about 30K miles on it. Block came out of a 99 CR-V with i think 60K on it, so that puts the bottom end right around 90ish K. This is a very strong and reliable motor, and should be good to go for high reving with the Rod bolts, and headstuds. No head gasket leaks, NO oil leaks. Will come with a new OEM VC gasket and Valve cover grommets

Price: 1100 OBO. i know what just a b20 bottom end goes for, plus the GSR head, LS/VTEC conversion, this is a VERY fair price. Offers will be accepted, but low balls will be ignored.

trust me im telling the truth?, why you think i have pics of everything and i tried to have it as most documented as possible. I could take the oil pan off and take pics of the ARP rod bolts, but thats just more work i have to do to put it back together.

Yes it has been dyno'd and tuned, which doesn't matter since it comes with no ECU or anything, but with a skunk2 IM port matched ITR Throttle body, and a ProFab header it made 183.4WHP on a DynoJet

how ever i dont have a copy of the dyno, i can try to obtain one from the previous owner if he has one.
