    just curious as to why someone would use solid mounts....it would be like welding the motor to the frame

    strictly race, you dont want the motor to move, if it does it causes broken parts.

    Exactly, race only mounts. Even though i was gonna use em on the street lol. I have a 3 post perch i can include if thats what jdmsol was talking about.

    a motor that moves can cause miss shifts and all kinds of other issues when drag racing
