    do you have the springs and retainers recommended for the cams?

    Yes BLOX recommends but does not say you have to have upgraded springs and retainers to run these cams. But they are aggressive cams much like the crowed 404s

    so i would be ok to run these without upgraded valvetrain as long as I leave my redline the stock then?

    Yes As far as I have read from blox you would. I ran them in a b16 for a couple of weeks and I was fine

    nvm i was wrong after doing research, it is not ok to run stock valvetrain.

    I ran them in a SIR 2 with OEM dual valve springs on both intake and exhaust. Didn't have a problem.
