I have a rear lower tie bar for an rsx-s that im trying to get rid of never has been put on the car do to some problems i was having to pay for the car lol. But anyways it is a neuspeed lower rear tie bar all bolts come with it. Just didn't have to the time to put it on the car but spent like 80 bucks for it. Trying to sell it for 25 dollars.
