Ok so I am swapping my transmission this weekend so I will have mine for sale starting monday. I need to sell it quick as I have no room to store it and it will be sitting in my room until it sells. The transmission is in good physical shape, never been hit by anything while driving, but it does suffer from the clutch rattle/tranny buzz. Here is a link to where it was discussed and some videos were posted of MY tranny.

A little about the tranny. On cold starts it does not like to go into 2nd. I have heard this is pretty common but it gets quite frustrating in the morning. Also when cold, it also doesnt like 5th and 6th but goes in a lot easier than 2nd. Once warmed up the car shifts fine it just has the tranny buzz. I have noticed that the gears notch when going into 3rd, 4th, and 5th. I have also read that a lot of cars do this and its normal, but I dont know for sure, dosent seem normal to me.
The tranny will come with no slave cylinder, I am having to use it on the AP2.
The fluids in the tranny were serviced at 30,000 miles 40,000, 50,000 and at 60,000. I purchased the car with 40,000 and asked for them to change the fluids even though they said it was done 10,000 miles prior, and then proceeded to continue the flushing every 10,000 after.
If you have any questions feel free to ask. I dont have a solid asking price so just to get the ball started I will say $500 obo. I am located in Snellville, GA, east of Atlanta. Shipping prices will be calculated this weekend once I get everything out of the car.
here are pics of the tranny. All you will need to do in order to bolt it into another S2000 is pull the rear brace/mount off this one and use the one your swapping with. Also around the shifter boot there is a metal piece missing, you can also pull it from your original tranny. Also I have an AP1 and AP2 companion flange. The AP2 is on it now and the AP1 is new, it will come with both.
