With it needing a Headgasket and it has roughly 150K but not sure it could have 250K I suggest anyone that is buying this an knows it needs a headgasket to replace the rod an main bearings an piston rings....You go an get the head machined before installing a new headgasket is a must and when you do that it makes more compression an puts more strain on the bottom end and can cause it to start knocking ....So to make sure this will not happen take these steps

Remove head and get it checked an decked an cleaned @ machine shop that knows what they are doing

replace all main an rod bearings

replace piston rings with OEM ones because they are good rings an you dont have to gap unlike some cheap aftermarket ones

    replace all gaskets an seals

buy this time you can get a B20 from Tiger for 450 +shipping and be around the same price rebuilding this one

    350 for motor

100 to have head shaved ,checked, cleaned.
    130 for headgasket set
    65 for main bearings
    45 rod bearings
    120 for oil pump
    28 for oil pan gasket
    40 for timing belt
    60 for water pump

    so decide wisely

idk if you have had a b20 but ive went threw 3 of them allready with just dd.. so 450+ shipping which comes to 589 plus 120 for an oil pump+ water pump and timing belt or you can put the ls together for that price and know everything is new and will flow smoothly ...so it really depends on how reliable you feel either option is......

true, but most people on here has to pay someone to build it, you forgot about 500 for someone to rebuild it

and a warranty if you buy from a JDM spot

or you could also consider that the head gasket is blown between the two cylinders and there is no contamination in the oil.

So 100 for the machining and 130 for the gasket set, water pump up to you it was replaced recently, timing belt is always suggested but not needed

so around 250 bucks and your 350 dollar motor would be pretty set.

600 for a good running motor

If you want replacement parts I'll help you get a discount on the parts you need also

HINT HINT why I posted that, Just because there isnt any oil in the anitfreeze doesnt mean you dont get the head checked an shaved. Any time you replace headgasket you ALWAYS shave the head it makes it seal right without any issues of warpage. Also you always replace the timing belt unless you the buyer knows 100% sure when that belt was bought and have proof other wise replace it...I would never repair this job half ass and if anyone did at my shop they would be FIRED..Do it right the first time and then everything will work out, do it half ass and it will cost you more at the end!

    BEST of luck
