when you say crunch you mean it struggles to go into gear?? so synchros bad??? hmm buy a b16 for 550 and add a lsd or buy yours damn hmmmm sorry to say dude but you need to drop your price especially because of the economy i had a si tranny off of a b16 and i tried trading it and sell it i mean people were offering me $350 and $250 and i told them to go f*** themselves
so i settled for an even trade for a ls and nothing was wrong with it so just think about it??? price things on fixing yours and then making your tranny out of a b16 just a thought??
When i say crunch i mean less than the grind. It goes into gear extremely easy and stays in gear. You cant hear the grind. All im saying is that at a high rpm, I can feel something through the shifter. So i dont know what you call that. Grind, crunch, whatever it is is very slight. I was told that a worn pressure plate could cause that problem. I have an LS now ill take 750 picked up now find me a type r tranny for that price on this planet.

750 picked up
bump for this guy going to be getting slower with the LS trans and someone getting the ITR tranny going to accelerate faster.
What are you talking about slower? He is boosted so he needs a longer gear tranny. The itr is for all motor.Quote:

Sure thing man. 152mph, ITR tranny here. Shorter geared tranny will accelerate quicker. Period. But sometimes people need longer geared trannies because they can't rev high enough. Don't get a longer geared tranny because you spin....that is what electronic programmable boost controllers are for.Quote:
