I have an OBD2 H22A4 Short block for sale that comes with everything, but a tranny and dizzy. Only asking $500. You can either contact me or the seller DustnU on here.

Would you prefer to get a motor that someone had, taking the risk of not checking it thoroughly and then you just drop it in your car and all of a sudden you hear something pop and see a white cloud of smoke coming out your exhaust

800$ is what they go for pulled out of a running car. is it a 97 block or 98+ (the 97 still have 50mm mains) and also is it a non typesh block?

He said he believes it came from out a 97 and the block he said that he's going to check on because he works at the Honda Dealership where he got the motor from

Take a look or make offers!! Any trades LMK!!! It is negotiable. And you can't get a running H22a4 for $800 maybe with 300k from Canada without shipping so keep that crap to yourself I looked all over for one for less than a G and it aint gonna happen!!!!!!!! ttt

yeah considering ive ROUTINELY bought ASSEMBLED shortblocks for $400 and under

$800 you are asking alot especially one that is taken apart. Once its taken apart you cant just slap it back together, you better put new bearings, seals, etc in it. which makes the cost go up.

H22s are usually $800-1000 for a LONGBLOCK most importers sell them for $1000+shipping.

Yea, but without editing, it does state 800 obo. Now granted that this is not my motor, so all I'm trying to do is to help sell it.

but the deal is that its completely dis-assembled. you are looking at 400$ for someone to put that together if you have a competent friend who is bad up for some $$$. I think you could get 400$ for that complete setup MAYBE. I just need the crank. let me know

Yea, DustnU rarely gets on here and I make him aware before I head out to work, but he's more interested in getting rid of the motor as a whole....more or less, but I'm sure that if he does have a time frame and doesn't meet it, that he would gladly part it all out.
