    This is the real deal, 2W P13 OBD-1 manual transmission.

    not trying to be an as.s but if this is a JDM ECU, the speed limit is 117.

    it is NOT tunable JDM or USDM. not worth anywhere near that price. 100 is a rip off for this.

    i can pick a jdm ecu for less than a 100...... mine cost i think 85
