no, he's right. it is a k20a3 out of an ep3 civic. the k20a3 came in the ep3, rsx base (both manuel and auto). the k20a3 with the black plastic manifold are the ones that came with the auto tranny. manuel tranny k20a3 had the silver manifold.
k20a3 is rated at 160hp at the fly unlike the more popular k20a2 (200hp), the all mighty k20a1 (220hp), the new gen k20z1 (210hp), and the current si k20z2 (197hp).

what you need to swap a k into a civic are ecu (cuz the stock one has that immoblizer, most people go with k pro), axles, motor mounts (hasport has complete kits), power harness (k into civic use the ep3, k into integra use the type s), and a piggy back fuel system. could be more but these are the main things you would need.

Yup you are rite.... But do you feel that the price worth wat am askin??? And my tranny that is is hook on is the manual trans.... I think the plastic mainfold was paint or change for a better look.......... But enough of this naggin about the hp and all that I know wat kind motor it is and the vin is up to show for it also......
